Management of the planning and scheduling of all resources to ensure work is executed in accordance with Engineering Standards, Service level agreements and also responsible for the vendor reconciling & payment alignment, monthly SAP PO’s, work order & quote creations for unplanned/Ad hoc work, Ad hoc revenue & invoicing tracking of the SLA contract & for Vandalism 48, as well as WIP & GRIR reconciliations.DescriptionMonitor and ensure regional time service delivery as per SLA's or agreed with client.Take responsibility for ensuring that proper financial management and control is applied within the operation.Pro-actively interact and engage with he client to understand areas of improvement and ensure that turn-around times are shortened to satisfaction of the clientEnsure relevant feedback, information and reports are prepared, submitted and presented to various stakeholders on all aspects of service delivery and profitability.Provide financial support to Budget Holders in the preparation of budget and forecasts.Leading ,facilitating, developing and implementing relevant resource management process improvement to achieve SLA targets.Provide support to the business with regards to costing, financial models and specific ad hoc projects when required.Management of the regional store inventory, churn and asset (Tools and equipment) budget, ensuring proper utilisation of allocated budget and being able to provide valid variance explanation on P&L's.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to financial management, controls and expenditure authorisation levels.Monitor the productivity all Human Capital allocated to the regional resource section and ensure that all human capital operate to capacity.Effectively deal with non-performance and destructive behaviour which might jeopardise organisations standing with Client .Monthly Accruals, ensure that all mis-allocations are corrected.Take responsibility for ensuring that proper financial management and control is applied within the operation.Uploading of budgets and forecasting onto SAP.Lead change and support all strategic change initiatives and challenges arising in the department.Coaching, mentoring and counselling of stall not performing to the required standards and ensuring that employees improve on performance gaps highlighted during informal sessions and performance appraisals.QualificationsMatricNational Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related Valid code 8 Driver’s licenseExperienceMinimum 8 Years Experience in Finance in a Management position in Facilities or Maintenance Engineering industryMust have SAP management system or any other Automated Maintenance Management SystemSkills and KnowledgeExposure to planning & scheduling, and Financial ManagementProject Management SkillsMaintenance PlanningIMS (Integrated Management System)First Aid TrainingBudget Management Asset ManagementLogistics & Inventory Management, Basic Project ManagementFundamentals of Facilities Management Resource Planning /Logistics Customer RelationsMicrosoft Offices (Intermediate)Proficient in Excel/Access, MS office packages#J-18808-Ljbffr
