We are looking for an experience Executive Personal Assistant who has previous experience dealing with high level work as an Executive Personal Assistant for the Managing Director and CEO for a company based in the Centurion area. Requirements:Formal Executive Assistant TrainingTertiary Degree/ Diploma beneficial3 years experience as an Executive Assistant for Top level executivesAbility to engage in all aspects of the business as a representative of the MD and CEOMust live in the Centurion, Midrand or Pretoria East areaValid Drivers license and own transportExcellent communication skillsMinute taking skillsComputer literateHigh level of attention to detailProblem solving skillsSkills:Executive Support ExperienceAdministrationOrganisation and Clerical SkillsClear Communication SkillsInitiativeTime-ManagementWorkload ManagementDiscretion and ConfidentialityMultitaskingProfessionalismScheduling and PlanningMicrosoft OfficeStrong Attention to DetailConfidenceFlexibilitySelf-MotivationTeam-OrientedPersistenceResponsibilities:Organise and schedule meetingsPrepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetingsMaintain office correspondencePerform reception duties such as answering phones where necessaryManage the diaries and schedules of senior managementLiaise with clients and business guestsOrganise media appearances and eventsManage internal projects and follow-up with team members where requiredMaintain a strong working relationship with other departmentsLiaise with other staff members on behalf of senior managementPrepare and deliver monthly reportsPreparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents as requiredPrinting and binding presentationsTravel Coordination – including the booking of flights, accommodation, transfers, and submission of applications for visasMonthly management of travel and expenses processesGeneral administrative support which includes – producing letters, booking couriers, taxis, rooms, managing stationery, organizing team events etc.Answering team phones when they are not able to, taking messages and responding where necessaryResponding to and following up on emails and delegating if necessaryOrganising team events as requiredAd hoc project workPlease note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
