Duties will include: *Participating in day-to-day operational activities in the admin, finance and hospitality departments *Providing support to Head of Finance and team in all accounting practices *Handling a variety of financial tasks ensuring trial balance is ready/reconciled for financial reporting *Accurate monthly reporting, monthly reconciliations and transaction tracking *Assisting with budget forecasting preparation and support *Providing assistance to Head of Finance with the preparation of financial statements *Asset register maintenance *all administrative functions related to the position.Essential qualifications, skills and experience• Diploma/Degree in Accounting;• Minimum 5 years’ relevant accounting experience within the wine & hospitality industry;• Excellent computer proficiency (MSOffice, Xero, Vinsight, Lightspeed MarketMan, SharePoint);• Accurate and transparent approach to work;• Good knowledge of SARS legislation and statutory submissions;• Own reliable transport.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 13 May 2024.
