Requirements- Degree in Food Technology or related field.- 5+ years of R&D experience with management responsibilities.- SAP experience preferred. Responsibilities- Team Management: Develop and motivate the application team, oversee budgets, and optimize processes.- Digital Transformation: Drive digitization efforts and leverage technology to enhance value contribution.- Recipe Development: Lead new recipe development, maintain data in SAP, and optimize cost and quality.- Customer Support: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs and ensure product excellence.- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards and guidelines.
