Responsibilities: Issuing of stock to various customers daily. Follow up and correct any delivery issues. Plan emergency orders. Receiving of stock daily from suppliers. Keep record of containers received. Track containers from different countries that is scheduled for delivery. Match delivery notes and invoices to goods received. Assist creditors with receiving documents. General warehouse maintenance. Stock rotation and reports. Pallet utilization. Weekly claims from customers.Checking goods received versus the claim. Stock take once a month. Manage warehouse staff (leave, warnings etc.)
