Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 qualification.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience managing a team of at least 40 people in an FMCG environment.Previous experience with Roadshow and MixTelematics advantageous.Good understanding of Fleet utilisation, fuel usage, and planning loads cost-effectively.Above-average proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Strong administrative skills with the ability to prepare and present distribution reports with root causes and action plans.Ability to work shifts.
