Responsibilities:Manage and reconcile Diesel Usage and CalculationManage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible partiesManage E-Toll / Bankfin ReconciliationsBriefing and debriefing of drivers to ensure timeous deliveryCo-ordinate and manage Tracker and control systems on all vehiclesBudget control - Budget vs ActualMonitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with SuppliersKeep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDPEnsure constant communication with weighbridge staff and driversConduct vehicle inspections and make repair arrangementsWorking with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers and request official purchase ordersMin requirements:Minimum Grade 12 PLUS 3-years relevant experience in FMCG distributionExperience with Roadshow and MixTelematicsExperience in FLEET and DISTRIBUTION Good understanding of fleet utilisation, fuel usage and consumption, planning of loads in a cost-effective manner
