Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Qualification non-negotiable.Diploma / Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of industry regulations and industry best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Responsibilities: Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of services.Coordinate and optimize the use of resources, including vehicles, personnel, and equipment.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and accident-free work environment.Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and accountability.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients.Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.Financial Management:Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards.Conduct regular audits to assess and improve operational efficiency.Salary: R40 000 CTCMedical Aid SubsidyProvident fundDeath and Disability Cover
