In this role you will be reporting to Service Sales Manager and will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.Your responsibilitiesSelling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned business units/product groupsEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales processPreparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls, creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniquesCommunicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions), ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customersIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaborationManaging administrative procedures in sale’s processes and supporting collection and project management activities when neededPreparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the marketing manager, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditionsYour backgroundNational Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualificationMinimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in Energy Industries Experience in dealing with Customers (Technical/Sales)Great verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of Commercial terms and conditions along with being an Analytical thinker, with communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelPreference will be given to EE candidates.More about usABB Energy Industries is enabling safe, smart and sustainable projects and operations for businesses across the oil, gas, chemicals, life sciences, power generation and water sectors.
