Duties & ResponsibilitiesEast Africa expansion strategy : Responsible for the expansion strategy, including preparation of associated business plans.Secure new business within the East African market.Plan East Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment.Working with Africa Agency Network.Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities.Control Tower.Manage Projects.East Africa Product Development.Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.Desired Experience & QualificationKnowledge & ExperienceTechnical competence of the role.Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, and KPIs.Previous Africa exposure, minimum 5 years experience in management.Excellent and proven negotiation skills QualificationMatricFIATA Diploma or related 3-year tertiary qualification AttributesCustomer service orientation - Able to handle a demanding customer environment within the African market.Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good report writing skills.Dynamic self-starter that works independently.Ability to handle pressure.Can communicate within the team and contribute to the overall success of the team.Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment.
