You will work closely with their developers and will form a key part of their team to lead the shift towards automation in their global software systems. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE5+ years relevant industry experience (DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Systems Administration, Software Engineering).Experience with at least one of the major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with containerisation and Kubernetes.Familiarity with at least one programming language (Go, Ruby, Python, etc) as well as general knowledge around how modern applications are structured and built.Managing Linux and Windows in an IaC world is highly regarded.Hands-on knowledge of common DevOps tools, such as Terraform, Github Actions, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, is highly regarded.Experience with IaS tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, Cloud Deployment Manager, Azure Resource Manager).Experience with Kubernetes deployment orchestration (Flux, ArgoCD) is valuable.A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment.
