Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree) will be given preference Minimum of one (1) year’s relevant experience in providing and supporting SAP functions. Key performance areas: Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems within own area of responsibility Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships Execute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testing solutions Provide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues as required Assist with preparation of training and business requirements documentation Assist with visiting workstations and work sites to identify issues, assess usage and to promote the solutions and good practice Apply business functional knowledge and skills by making suggestions.
