RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance and Compliance to their client's team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As the Head of Finance and Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations Requirements Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or similar role CA (SA) A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in an operational and finance role within the investment industry. Proven experience in Finance, Risk and Compliance and IT.
