This individual will be responsible for general consulting todeliver across a range of Business Performance projects. KeyResponsibilities: Support the sales process and developproposals. Build client and industry knowledge. Conduct a comprehensive category analysis ofspend data, market trends, supplier performance, and demand patterns withineach procurement category to identify opportunities for improvement and costsavings. Analyse existing procurement processes,workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas forimprovement. Recommend and implement process redesigninitiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimizeresource utilisation. Develop supplier segmentation strategies basedon criticality, risk, and strategic importance. Assist in negotiating supplier contracts,terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize value and mitigate risks. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identifycost-saving opportunities, optimize supplier relationships, and drive value forthe client. Develop risk management strategies, contingencyplans, and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to legal, ethical, andcorporate governance standards. Support project initiation and design projectimplementation, including project management aspects such as time, cost,quality, and delivery. Conduct contract management and supplierrationalisation. Demonstrate core consulting skills. Conduct ad-hoc research for projects orbusiness needs. Requirements At least 8-10 years inmanagement consulting. In-depth experienceworking on procurement practices. Bachelor’s degree is aminimum requirement.
