KeyResponsibilities: Support the sales process and developproposals. Build client and industry knowledge and d emonstrate core consulting skills. Support project initiation and design projectimplementation, including project management aspects such as time, cost,quality, and delivery. Support People & Culture projects acrossLeadership and Culture, Organisation Design, Change Management and HumanCapital. Take personal responsibility for individualdevelopment. Support talent development (peer coaching,interviews, recruitment, or talent programs). Contribute to collaborative team initiatives,acting as a team contributor and supporting others. Conduct ad-hoc research for projects orbusiness needs. Contribute to the development of new serviceofferings. Contribute to the development of capabilitiesand intellectual property. Requirements At least 3 - 6 years in management consulting.  Experience working on projects focused onLeadership and Culture, Organisation Design, Organisation Effectiveness, OrganisationDevelopment, Human Capital, and/or Change Management.  Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.
