Overview Description:Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Construction firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Highway Engineer.Responsibilities:Manage the design and construction of highway and roadway projectsPrepare and review project designs, plans, and specificationsOversee the preparation of permit applications and documentationCoordinate with project teams and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and consultantsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsMonitor project progress and resolve any issues that ariseConduct inspections and quality control checksManage project budgets and schedulesProvide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staffRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in highway engineering and project managementStrong knowledge of highway design standards and regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other design softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with construction management software is a plusKnowledge of construction safety practices and regulationsBenefits:Salary: negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
