Our client, a market leader in the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) Agricultural Industry, is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a Chief Engineering Technical Officer for their Group.MAIN PURPOSE FOR THE ROLE:To formulate, implement, establish, and lead the engineering and technical operational excellence strategy. To ensure the safety and efficiency of plant and machinery across the Group's multinational SSA agriculture businesses.KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:At minimum a BEng, BSc Eng - Mechanical/Electrical qualification.At least 3-5 years at Executive Leadership/Senior Management level experience.Professional registration with GCoC (Government Certificate of Competence) is essential.At least 8-10 years as a Professional Engineer in a related discipline.At least 5+ years in Project Management within a production or manufacturing environment.Solidly grounded experience within a World Class Practices and Autonomous Maintenance environment will be a distinct advantage.Willingness to travel - locally & international.Proficient in the Portuguese language will be a distinct advantage.APPLY NOW!
