Job Requirements:Must have worked at an Industrial Manufacturing Company OR Engineering Company as a VIP or SAGE 300 HR Payroll Accounts Administrator +Warehouse/ Stores experience in Gauteng is essential.To start asap. This is a PERMANENT POSITION.Must have a Matric CertificateWarehouse Certificate added advantageMust have a Certificate OR Diploma in Human Resources ManagementMust have Diploma OR Certificate in PayrollMust have working experience using Sage 300 or VIP payroll (for payroll)Must have experience doing weekly and monthly hours, sourced from clocking systems (Sque and/or ERS Biometrics).Must have experience when doing payroll having experience by applying industry specific items in relation to Metal Industries Pension Fund and The MEIBC amongst others.Must have working experience in HR Duties, doing administration related to these two bodies plus Union Administration, medical aid etc. over and above the Training, Performance, Disciplinaries, medicals etc.Must have working experience in Bargaining Council (This is for payroll processing, and dispute related).Must have working experience in Metal OR Engineering Industries (Benefits and risks).Monthly salary R 33 333 CTC per Month (dependent on Skills and experience related to this Vacancy) NOT NEGOTIABLE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
