[ads1] Job Responsibilities: Sales and advice on Hollard Travel insurance policies. Provide quotes for ad-hoc requests Suggest changes to the Policy Wording as needed Oversee quarterly invoices based on underwriting stats (premium, claims, expenses) Ensure all administrative functions within the underwriting team are adhered to by verifying rating principles, and mandates. Raise monthly / corporate premium Enhance the image of the company through the continuous delivery of efficient and effective customer service. To execute the sales process with diligence and integrity. Ensure premiums are paid timeously and recon to the underwriting stats/invoices Manage and oversee Corporate Policy Renewals and Renewal Terms Responsible for business within Hollard Travel South Africa To understand objections and overcome them with an appropriate response. Follow up on outstanding claims from client and from assessors Analyze financial growth and help set budgets Ensure strong working relationship between all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Daily enquiries, amendments, cancellations, and any enquiries with regards to products and policy wording Product development and Implementation Effective and timeous communication: Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external parties and respond to queries within 24 hours.
