London Business School require a Senior Administrator on a permanent basis who has experience working in Operational departments. Within this role you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge by engaging in a range of different tasks, from helping to plan events in the Deans House to involvement within our Capital Estates projects. No two days are the same Not only will you be part taking in the above actions but you will also be carrying out aspects of diary management to support the Executive Director of Estates, minute taking and also an element of personal assistance. You would be required to work collaboratively and effectively within the department on all administrative task to provide an excellence level of customer service. Main Responsibilities High-quality support service provided to all stakeholders. Production of high-quality materials. Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, requests and issues. Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems. Development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from colleagues. Positive feedback from project managers. Compliance with processes, procedures and standards. Accuracy of financial records. Contributions to process reviews and operational improvements. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This may be supported be a specialist qualification. May be working towards relevant professional qualification. Good communication skills and the ability to break down technical issues and explain them in layman’s terms. Experience of using software related to own area of specialism to extract, analyse and report on data. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Positive experience of working within a customer-services orientated environment.
