Responsibilities Manage the application-related aspects of designing, operating, and improving finance and business applications and services to the business. Develop and maintain proficiency in finance and business applications functionality and related business processes Coordinate and ensure proper end to end testing and UAT processes of all upgrades, developments or implemented solutions. Vendor and third-party management to ensure delivery of outputs and services according to approved project outputs and approved budgets. Provide support and training to end users. Manage and optimise applications to continuously meet business objectives. Ensure effective change and release management compliance. Improve business efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness by researching, proposing, and delivering where possible in terms of applications used. Application Lifecycle Management in a cloud environment. Qualifications Relevant Degree in Computer sciences or applicable domain of applications supported (e.g., Finance) Advanced degree / qualification in area of specialisation / domain ( advantageous) MS Certifications for technologies used (e.g., SQL Server, Microsoft 365) ( advantageous) Project management certification (Focus on Software development/implementation) ( advantageous) At least 6 years’ experience in software/applications development and system implementations, management, and support (Software packages in related domain of expertise e.g., Finance) At least 4 years’ experience in relevant project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, etc.) At least 3 years’ experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and data warehousing Conducting business and process analysis and from this producing relevant project documentation (e.g., Business and/or Functional Requirements documents, etc.) Exposure to Stakeholder engagement and management through project roll-out, Early live support and daily operation.
