Minimum Requirements Essential: Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or any related Qualification Registered Psychometrist 4-5 years Organisational Development experience Advantage: Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Development Previous experience in Success Factors System, Paterson Grading System Previous work experience in the Retail/FMCG industry Job Description Job Evaluation&Grading Guide and advise managers regarding the Job evaluation and grading processes in line with the development of org structures. Facilitate the regular review of current job descriptions, ensure they reflect changes in the current organisation structure. Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials. Serve as a contact person for job evaluation and grading matters. Performance Management: Oversee end-to-end performance management process, where applicable. Assist managers with the development of employee performance contracts. Ensure performance management discussions are taking place and that the Success Factors system is fully utilised by end users. Facilitate performance management communication to the organisation and compile reports. Organisational Culture: Oversee end-to-end performance management process, where applicable. Assist managers with the development of employee performance contracts. Ensure performance management discussions are taking place and that the Success Factors system is fully utilised by end users. Facilitate performance management communication to the organisation and compile reports. HR Software System Support: Administer and manage relevant structure, role and position data requirements on Success Factors including the impact these have on associated HR software systems (PM, Succession, L&D etc). Fulfil business and HR software governance requirements, investigate and correct issues as and when they arise. Respond to and assist any Dis-Chem Stakeholder with queries related to Success Factors. Ensure that outlined service level agreement and turnaround timelines are adhered to.
