The position also requires that the candidate has a minimum qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent, a code 8 drivers’ license and 4 years’ experience in a Golf Maintenance workshop Duties include, but are not limited to: Planning and monitoring work carried out by Workshop Assistants within the workshop; Ensuring efficient and safe day to day running of the workshop; Overseeing and/or carrying out repairs to machinery and equipment; Carrying out preventative maintenance and ensuring that all machinery and equipment is serviced regularly; Ensuring that Workshop Assistants adhere to health and safety standards. The successful candidate will be physically fit to carry out all reasonable duties associated with this role, and will be able and willing to work additional hours, weekends and public holidays.
