This report to be forwarded directly to the general manager on a monthly basis Ensure client surveys and feedback forms are continuously obtained and monitored, for existing clients. Address any issues that arise immediately and provide a monthly report to management Ensure all sales administration&operational performance reporting is completed accurately and timeously and attend sales meetings as and when required Maintain accounts by delivering invoices and requesting an age analysis on respective clients before visiting them and when delivering stock Gather information on the competitors within the industry and forward to the general manager, including but not limited to the respective company information, the products they use, the services they offer, etc. Make suggestions to general manager on ways to maximize business relationships and create an environment for optimal customer service General Network with potential clients Work to maintain a loyal customer base Pursue all leads generated by marketing efforts as well as individual leads Portray a friendly, professional behaviour and appearance to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that increases the chances of repeat business and referrals These jobs were popular with other job seekers #J-18808-Ljbffr
