Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems. Manage evaluations of employee performance. Develop strategies for employee recognition and career development. Training and Development: Oversee training needs and design&implement relevant training programs. BBBEE Management: Manage the BBBEE program and ensure accreditation levels are achieved and maintained.
