REQ 133783 Thembi Mtshali Job Family Information Technology Application Development Manage Self: Operational Job Purpose We seek people that have developed process automation using IBM BPM (Business Process Management) or BAW (Business Automation Workflow) such uses BPMN for designing processes which then include some java scripting and Html for completing the automation of the developed processes. Job Responsibilities Run with and action PMRs with IBM Run with Changes required based on BAU changes Manage and ensure stability of the environment. Create/developer automated processes based on the process designs provided. Have some understanding of the impact of your code to hardware and network for better performing solutions. Participate in Disaster recovery planning and testing Deliver on small to medium systems related activities (Configuration, parameterisation, small upgrades, systems software upgrades or environmental changes) Produce working quality software that meets the design under supervision Deliver component designs under supervision that are robust and fault tolerant as per the minimum required standards Ensure component designs are supportable, maintainable and re-usable Deliver software that is observable and scalable Trouble shoot and problem solve of software issues with guidance Produce documentation as per organisational standards Provide Maintenance and support of software in area of accountability Develop unit test cases and conduct unit testing Create deployment artefacts and stores in source control library under supervision Update the asset knowledge base Ensure integration of own work with other individuals and in team Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Preferred Qualification Diploma / Certificate in relevant language Preferred Certifications Certificate in relevant language where available Minimum Experience Level Types of exposure Landed few projects into a production environment. (Within a banking industry will be advantageous) Dealt with technical platform as well as development related problems Technical / Professional Knowledge Good knowledge of BPM/BAW as a product Knowledge of BPMN code and ability to code solutions using BPMN.
