Inherent requirements: • Relevant Post Graduate Degree in Psychology / Social Services or Social Sciences / or Learning and Development • Proficient in MS Office with exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • A customer-oriented attitude • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) • Problem solving attitude • Ability to work well within a team • Facilitation skills • Writing skills (proposals, reports and articles) • Development of training content • Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle Other requirements and skills: • Must have Initiative • Not easily distracted • Good comprehension • Neat and organized • Ability to work independently • Flexibility, honesty, integrity, and reliability • Presentation skills KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Duties and responsibilities: Reporting: • The successful candidate will conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy of data of the system prior to the report being written • The candidate will also be part of the statistical writing process in regard to reports (this includes the relevant calculations as well as the graphs, etc.) • Manage reporting schedules for each Client services individual and send out reminders timeously with regards to report due dates Marketing: • The suitable candidate will be required to write content for relevant articles as per national health calendar, client calendars and additional client needs • Develop video content on relevant topics • Drive development of managerial and orientation training videos with marketing • Liaise with marketing on all client services related requirements • Ensure marketing material for the department is sufficient and available Training • Research and development of training content as per client needs as well as agreed upon topics to be engaged in per quarter • Facilitate training sessions at the Clients premises, this would also include general topic talks, orientation and managerial training • Recruit and train sufficient external training affiliates to ensure that the Workforce Healthcare (WFHC) values are translated to clients in all sessions • Support with any other requirements as per the Director and Client Services Department #J-18808-Ljbffr
