Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers and handle support queries related to the company’s products and solutions, particularly within the property industry. Provide beginning to end resolution to all reported issues. Maintain a positive outlook on life, work, and interactions with others. Pay attention to detail and exhibit a passion for problem-solving. Accurately estimate work required, prioritize tasks, and deliver to deadlines. Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges. Think creatively and offer innovative solutions outside conventional approaches. Collaborate effectively within a team environment as well as work independently.
