This is a full-time, in-person position in our showroom in Salt River, Cape Town. The right person will be a positive, organized and self-motivated team player who has strong sales administration skills, excellent customer service traits and excellent verbal and written communications skills. You should be able to manage orders, project manage efficiently and take ownership of tasks. Manage showroom and facilitate in-person sales Manage online and email sales (Generate quotes, invoices and production orders) Assist clients telephonically, via email and in person Assist with general sales administrations Develop&maintain good relationships with clients Manage the order process from start to finish including dispatching, tracking orders and capturing information Maintain&fulfill order status on sale systems Cash up&manage petty cash Assist the production team with stock management and stock take Work experience and Skills 2–3 years of experience in Sales/AdminCustomer service Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Systematic thinking Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Docs/Sheets Understanding of quotes, invoices and basic accounting Experience on accounting processes and systems such as Xero MATRIC is a must, tertiary studies a bonus Great written and verbal communication and people skills Project Management Take initiative and self motivated Matric Certificate (Tertiary is a bonus) At least 3 years relevant work experience Drivers License Full time applicants only What's on offer Full time employment (8am-5pm Mondays - Fridays and every First Saturday of the month 9am - 3pm) Being part of a dynamic team in a creativeindustry Training regarding our products and industry Stationed in a recently upgraded/converted industrial showroom space.
