Apt Resources is currently seeking a Hospitality Manager (Admin Role) to join the prestigious Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. As the Hospitality Manager, you will coordinate with his department staff and oversee daily activities in the palace. Their duties include assigning tasks, training employees, solving complaints, maintaining supplies, and coordinating events.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the entire hospitability operation of the palace from kitchen to food servingOrganize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and ensure hospitality services are delivered at the right time and as per Royal Family member's expectationsPrepares budget looking into all aspects related to food production and operationsResponsible for mainlining expenses based on the budget fixed, also records additional expenses incurred and gets special approvals for itCoordinates and conducts special events based on the Royal Family member's needsEnsure food preparation is as per specified standardsApproves purchase requests for stocks related to the kitchen and Service sectionEnsure that service operations are as per standards and that the Royal Family members are served in an excellent and timely mannerResponsible for the Hospitality operation of the Royal Family when on visits to other locationsEnforce adherence to regulations and quality standardsReview and prepare reports for managementResponsible for training employees and enhancing their skillsPerform any other duties as assigned by higher managementRequirements Previous experience in hospitality management Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Proficiency in hospitality management software Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations in the hospitality industryBenefitsThe salary is AED 25K-35K All-in (Negotiable for suitable candidates).#J-18808-Ljbffr
