The Hostess is to be the first point of contact for guests making reservations and arriving at the restaurant. They are responsible for making a great first impression and making the guests feel welcome. KEY FOCUS AREASWelcoming Guests: Greet guests as they arrive and show them to their table or waiting area.Table Management: Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate.Reservation Management: Take reservations over the phone, through email, or in person, and manage these reservations effectively to maximize table usage.Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.Team Coordination: Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options and ensure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience.Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSMatricExcellent command of the English languageExperience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment.Experience in a front of house position, interacting with guests of different nationalities.Sound knowledge of all MORE properties and all activities offered.Sound knowledge of all departments/operations of your property.#J-18808-Ljbffr
