If you want to be part of a successful growing business and you have a Financial Qualification and clear credit record look no further!!!!ResponsibilitiesSending out of remittance at the of the monthGenerating PO numbers and supplying it to transportersEnsuring accurate uploads of supplier PO’s from client platform into accounting systemProcessing of Supplier invoices in Accounting system, matching to PO’s and ensuring supporting POD’s are attachedMonthly reconciliation of creditors accountsFollowing up on outstanding POD’s for completed loads, maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure POD’s are received on a timely basis from transportersFollow up on and resolving transporter queries relating to invoices and pod’sMaintains historical records by filing documentsMaintaining company accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactionsAssisting in annual audit by providing auditors with required information to verify accountsAny other ad hoc duties required#J-18808-Ljbffr
