The successful candidate will be responsible for paraplanning and execution after meetings. The assistant will beresponsible for office administration, interacting with clients and providing client services.You will need to plan for client meetings and submit new business applications.The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.Responsibilities:• Gather Policy information• Compile a summary of information• Research product information• Prepare client files• Handle new application and investment quotations• Handle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)• Diary management for new and existing business cases• Prepare investment review appointments• Maintain CRM system• Rebalance and maintain existing portfolios• Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements• Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)• Build and maintain good working relationships• Record details of transactions• Maintain Service Level agreement deadlines• Manage policy renewals• Ensure FAIS Compliance• Implement new business• Process client queries and instructionsMinimum requirements:• Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Finance e.g. BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / FinancialPlanning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment Management) or BCom (Economics)• 2 years relevant work experience within the financial services industry / Insurance / Banking / Investments / Wealth • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages• Computer literacy (MS Office)Competencies required:• Client Service• Communication skills (verbal & written)• Problem solving• Organising and planning• Attention to detail• Team player• Ability to work under pressure#J-18808-Ljbffr
