Job Description: This role forms a business management link between Old Mutual Retail Mass Market (RMM) and independent brokers, to ensure effective marketing and drive new business growth of Old Mutual products. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Developing a pipeline and secure new business. Could be required to prepare and present tenders in response to requests for tenders. Increasing broker effectiveness and maximizing business potential Marketing Old Mutual/RMMs value proposition. Increasing OM market share Marketing Old Mutual /(RMM) services and products to brokers.
