A well established Debt Counselling call center seeks to employ an innovative, professional Debt Review Call Center Manager Job Description : Assist the Floor Manager to maintain company standard and protocols on our sales floor. To assume full responsibility, management and control of all sales consultants. Working alongside the team toward achieving sales goals and objectives. To upskill, coach, and support the call center agents. Maintaining customer service Making sure the team, as well as individuals within the team, are reaching targets Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Completed secondary school/high school/A levels/Matric National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate) Experience Required +- 2 years experience as a Team Leader Debt Review, formerly managing a team of 10 sales consultants 2 year Debt Review Sales Consultant experience Additional Information We require a track record (proof) of your experience, providng a payslip etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From R10500,00 per month Application Deadline: 2024/06/15 Expected Start Date: 2024/07/01 #J-18808-Ljbffr
