Responsible for maintenance of the cost allocation of final cost centres for all assigned companies Providing advice on cost allocation and P&L results to General Ledger accountant as well as local Finance management Ensure accurate allocation of costs at month-end, and calculation or update of statistical key figures in alignment with local controlling and business Optimization of local processes for cost accounting Overhead Management - Cost Center Accounting Responsible for creating, changing and maintaining of cost centres on Team/Country/Company level Responsible for maintenance of cost allocation of pre-cost centres and of internal orders for all assigned companies Requesting of reposting of primary and secondary costs between cost centres and internal orders Non-Trade Business Responsible for correctly requesting and processing of intercompany and third-party Non-Trade Business Transactions (NTBTs) filing of NTBTs for tax audit purposes for all assigned companies Update template forms and maintain NTP user access rights Monitor the status of NTBTs and send reminders to customer and supplier contacts and approvers Responsible for correct setup and charge-out of cost-plus recharges Asset and Project Accounting Monitor that SAP values accurately reflect the status of physical assets Manual creation of asset requests Support creation of appropriation requests Check local IFRS requirements regarding asset and lease creation Monthly IFRS 16 lease accounting requirement Other Activities Advise other Finance colleagues on Management Accounting topics Follow-up on updates of global Guidelines Finance Business Partnering: Advise company sales people on the generation of SAP reports, the maintenance of master data, and necessary checks of their monthly results Controlling Reporting: Guidance function for financial issues in production Advise and reporting on KPI's and performance measures such as fixed costs, CM1, waste and scrapping.
