Business development of the region.Maintaining and growing customer relationshipsCustomer relationship management records for quality management system.Strategic planning of servicing clients by areaCustomer queries, liaisonQuotations & estimatesGuide new clients through credit/CWO procedures.Work with finance to ensure seamless new client profile integration onto system (customer information, account requirements)Identify age analysis concerns in conjunction with finance to co-ordinate agreed follow up strategy.Attend scheduled sales meetings (telephonic or nominate stand in) to identify, plan requirements, outstanding orders, queries, and concerns.Identify/recommend business development with CRM executive.Keep updated with competitor activity.Technical (install, program, replace printers, liaise with IT)Attend events, conferences, meetings related to industry if required.Manage sales orders: correct price, quantity, and descriptions during order input and that all customer purchase orders are attached)Co-ordinate administration with internal sales team.Deliverieswhen applicable.Logistics (plan and co-ordinate)Technical assistance for sister company.Technical assistance on installed printers.Assist in depot stock control.Plan, execute and control consignment stock.Ensure all delivery notes and invoices balance weekly.EMAIL CV IN WORD FORMAT: cvs@agricruitment.co.zaPlease consider your application as unsuccessful if you have not been contacted within 2 weeks.POPIA: by applying for the position, the applicant gives permission to the company to scrutinise and process personal information shared.#J-18808-Ljbffr
