Operations Manager (Security) required in Pretoria. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service Guarding and Operations Guarding needs Deployment / postings Supervisors and Seniors Equipment HR Support Control Room Direct and monitor route planning Monitor postings in coordination with HR Manage Controllers Logistical Support Training, Evaluation, Motivation Transport Daily System checks 2. Client Liaison Customer Relations Management Weekly meetings and monthly comms Reports Problem Solving and reaction Systems check reports 3. Sales Liase with client inform about possible equipment/services Communicate with Sales Team Follow up 4. Finances and Accounts Identify equipment needs Purchasing Coordinate with admin/finance RE RECEIPTS ETC 5. Human Resources ID and state requirements Guard queries liaise with HR Training firearms, site specific, Supervisor, tactical Feedback to HR RE Guard / SUP behavior 6. Admin Incident Reports Site instructions MOA’S AND SOP’S, ETC. Inform admin Dept. of new projects for billing purposes 7. Logistics Radios, Firearms, Guard kit and equipment monitoring Identify equipment needs Equipment maintenance Vehicles Requirements: Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts (day/night) Must have min 5 years’ experience as an operations manager.
