Job Description: The main purpose of this position is to perform a full Creditors’ function. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Accurately raise accruals for each month Preparation of invoices and capturing onto SAP before month end deadlines Filing of all relevant documentation Administration of creditor accounts Liaising with suppliers in relation to any queries and ensuring that they are resolved Receiving of invoices and ensuring that the necessary authorisation is obtained Ensuring that monthly statements are received and creditors’ accounts are reconciled monthly / weekly for fuel creditors Preparation and capturing of creditor payments Ensuring the correct handling of VAT in all instances Job Requirements: Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel is essential At least 3 years’ experience and full knowledge of creditors systems and reconciliations is essential Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required Strong administration and organizational skills Sound working knowledge of the SAP system Minimum Matric Certificate and a recognised creditors qualification Job Details: Company: Fidelity Services Group Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Durban Application Deadline: N/A [ads2] Apply Here instantcareers.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
