Remuneration: Basic Salary:R35,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month Company Vehicle Company Cell Phone Commission Key Responsibilities: Solution Provider : Daily visits to current and prospective customers to maintain and generate new business. Analyse customer needs to recommend and buildbespoke packages that are most suitable equipment based on technical specifications, performance requirements, and budget constraints. Project Management : Oversee the entire sales process, from initial consultations to product installation and after-sales support. Complex Sales : Handle larger, more complex projects, often involving new technology or custom solutions. Client Relationships : Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical guidance and ensuring their satisfaction. Communication : Effectively communicate technical details to clients with varying levels of expertise. Ability to report to management in regard tocustomer potential, prospects, new products, competitive activities, and requirements. Requirements: Technical Expertise : Possess in-depth knowledge of marine engines, propulsion systems, electronics, and other technical aspects of boats. Industry Experience :5-10 years of sales experience in the Marine Industry Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent communication skills to articulate technical details clearly and concisely.
