Urgent requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to provide support on an interim basis for an initial period of 3 months. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide HR Advisory support to the business.The role:Being the first point of contact for HR queries, working alongside 1 other HR Advisor and supporting a HR Business PartnerManaging employee relations cases and working with managers to coach and guide on processes. Attending meetings and taking notesAssisting with absence management reporting and ensuring the correct data is collated and recordedInputting data into the HRIS system and keeping employee records up to dateSupporting through the employee life cycle on both an advisor and administrative capacityAbout you:Experience working in a HR Advisor capacityProficient user of MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and highly organisedExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenConfident approach and a willingness to support colleagues and collaborate with the wider teamFull UK drivers license and access to a vehicleWhat is on offer:Salary of £27,000 - £36,000Initial 3 month FTC with a possibility of the role being extendedHybrid working 50:50 office:homeMonday to Friday, 40 hours per weekIf you are immediately available to start a new role then please get in touch today.Please apply to Leanne Boddy at Macmillan Davies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
