Successful candidates must:- Have previous experience as a matron/hostel parent be able to identify with the values, ethos and mission of the College have good administrative and organisational skills Be able to draw up menu plans and shopping lists Have First Aid training must be computer literate be confident, self-motivated and reliable able to show initiative be approachable and caring, yet firm have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations be flexible, resilient and willing to serve be willing to participate in all aspects of the College’s life as well as being a team player Ridgeway College reserves the right not to proceed with the filling of any post.
