Talent Acquisition Specialist, East London 2024-07-17 - 2024-08-16 Permanent EL002795 Human Resources We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with HR Diploma and 3+ years recruitment experience in retail / recruitment industry Experience in various recruitment / selection techniques Experience in job analysis, profiling and competency based interviews Experience in the professional use of sourcing channels and platforms eg. LinkedIn, Indeed, Ditto Full computer literacy on MS Office Valid drivers license (code 8, unendorsed) and willing to travel The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Own / drive talent sourcing, selecting&acquisition process Building of local talent sourcing pipelines Assess recruitment policies and processes Improve / update recruitment documentation and introduce key assessment tools Introduce interview techniques and train line managers Recruitment needs analysis Effective use of recruitment system Assess job specifications and ensure Time to Foll is within norms Hands on involvement and acquisition of all top talent across all levels Creation and improvement of the relevant workflows Communicating with external sources Enhance company’s external brand through job portals, social media and attending fairs/events Marketing the company as an attractive employer Drive word of mouth employer brand Update and maintain website, online portals etc Regular project reports and track/monitor recruitment function Effective workforce forecasting Salary: Negotiable To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to glynisb@sheldon.co.za If you have not received a response within 5 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful #J-18808-Ljbffr
