REQUIREMENTS Post Graduate qualification (NQF 8) in Critical Care Nursing or Trauma; registered with SANC A minimum of 2 years experience in an A and E Unit is required Proven leadership and people management skills would be most advantageous for this role Previous experience in A and E Units is preferred Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage Computer proficiency required (MS Office) Driver’s license and reliable transport RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the unit to achieve the company and hospital objectives of quality, growth and people #J-18808-Ljbffr
