As a representative of Cloud Direct, you must be smart, positive, personable, and well-presented. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. Essential knowledge and skills required Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases Ability to write and deliver creative job adverts Experience in using LinkedIn or other recruitment channels to source candidates directly Understanding of labour law to provide basic HR advice and support Ability to interact with all stakeholders Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines What do we offer you?
