KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Develop, implement and report on Doctor Sourcing strategies and plans Activate and administer the doctor sourcing and recruitment process Develop and maintain Specialist Pipeline Manage and facilitate relationships with stakeholders REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Tertiary qualification in relevant field DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Degree in marketing or other business field REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 year experience in a recruitment and / or marketing/business development role DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in healthcare industry REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Report writing skills Database management Online recruitment software Relevant technologies; systems; applications; and social media networks Knowledge of healthcare industry and its evolving trends Healthcare concepts and best practices Doctor relationship policies and procedures All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
