Duties Our client based in Pretoria CBD is looking for a Record Management Clerk on a 12 month contract. The duties for the candidate will be: Open volumes of files and re-structure contents Selection and arrangement of official records Digitization of paper-based records Updating of inventories of records Link electronic records with identifiers on inventory Required Qualification And Experience Matric Computer Literacy Certificate Certificate in Basic Archives and Records Management At least 6 months experience in administration or registry environment Knowledge of the implementation of the plan, digitizing and manual file indexing Desired Skills Computer skills Records management skills Inventory Management Desired Work Experience Less than 1 year Middle / Department Management Desired Qualification Level Grade 12 / Matric #J-18808-Ljbffr
