A well-established international company specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of various world-class agricultural products requires the above to manage and oversee all HR and payroll processing responsibilities to support the businesses strategic and operational needs to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's people. Minimum Requirements For The Role A degree / diploma in human resources or equivalent is preferred for this role. Previous experience having worked within a Payroll / HR Administration role processing payroll and handling all HR related generalist functions is essential. Must have sound knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits etc. Must have good communication and presentation skills. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing and overseeing all HR and payroll processing responsibilities to support the businesses strategic and operational needs to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's people. Handling all HR administration and payroll for all employees within the company. Overseeing performance reviews, rewards and compensation, employment and employee relations as well as policies and legal compliance. Developing, defining and managing the implementation of human capital policies and procedures, industrial relations policies and procedures, conditions of employment and benefit schemes to ensure the provision of high quality, efficient solutions and interventions in line with the strategic objectives pertaining to the human capital department. Analysing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans. Collaborating with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Managing payroll and benefits. Providing remuneration information to successful candidates and compile letters of offers and employment contracts. Updating job descriptions and conducting job grading. Assisting management when conducting performance appraisals. Compiling and submitting annual employment equity reports. Assisting management to arrive at procedurally and substantively fair decisions at disciplinary hearings. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
