Send an email about this job to a friend or to yourself. Junior Scrum master : The Scrum Master is pivotal in guiding and supporting the scrum team in the implementation of Agile methodologies. This role involves close collaboration with the product owner and development team to prioritize tasks and manage backlog review sessions. The Scrum Master ensures that the team adheres to Scrum practices, facilitating self-organisation and removing impediments that hinder progress. Considering the volume of change requests and the delivery teams we are thinned to 3 Scrum masters supporting 8 value streams and multiple projects. Hereby request to hire 3 Junior Scrum masters to assist with he different Value streams and projects agile operations. Junior Scrum Master Responsibilities Lead the scrum team in Agile methodology and practices. Assist the product owner and development team in prioritising the backlog and conducting review sessions. Provide support and education to the product owner. Guide the scrum and development teams towards self-organisation. Identify and remove impediments, coaching the team on resolving obstacles. Foster higher levels of scrum maturity within the team. Address conflicts and issues promptly. Facilitate Sprint ceremonies: daily standups, retrospectives, reviews, and planning sessions. Send out timely reports for the sprint Junior Scrum Master Qualifications 1-2 years of experience on a scrum team. Project coordination experience is advantageous. Scrum certification preferred. Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in addressing gaps in the scrum process. Experience with Agile techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban. Knowledge of SAFe is beneficial but not mandatory. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
