Established Fire Sprinkler company is looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations to assist the Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and carry themselves professionally. The successful candidate needs to be able to undertake a variety of office tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Key Responsibilities Organize Contracts Managers diary Communicate with clients and other internal departments in a timely manner on behalf of the Contracts Manager Assisting in the ordering process where needed Gathering information from awarded tenders for the installation processes Communication with Sub-contractors Resolve client communication and respond to requests or queries Maintain trusting relationships with customers Assisting with compilation of work programs / project planning and working with the drawing office for planning projects ahead of time Requirements and skills Experience as an office assistant Good knowledge of “Microsoft office’ – excel / word / outlook essential Knowledge of ‘ Microsoft Projects’ to be able to set out project planning will be beneficial Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
